SMART Recovery® Online
SMART has an extensive online meeting presence and an app that offers various addiction related material. There are tools and worksheets where you find various materials used during our in-person meetings or just for yourself. Our online community provides resources for learning, meetings, and addiction recovery support.
Cannot Make it to Our Meetings?
No worries. Whether we are too far away or you are not well to go out you can always participate online. SMART Recovery has many meetings available everyday online. All you need to do is go to our meeting finder page. You can find open discussion meetings or tool meetings. If this is your first time, there are introductory meetings for first timers. You are free to participate and share or just listen. You can meet others from all over Canada and the globe who participate in SMART online.
SMART Recovery Montreal Meeting
Our SMART Meetings currently are on Mondays only at 6-7:30pm for the summer. We are in the NDG area walking distance from metro Vendôme.
