About Heritage Home and Smart Recovery
Heritage Home Foundation was founded in 2005 by Catherine Cosgrove, an addictions therapist who specialises in alcohol and drug rehabilitation therapy. Catherine’s goal is to provide people suffering from addiction problems with an alternative to 12-step treatment approaches. The residential treatment centre uses a holistic model that focuses on the individual and their unique needs. Sobriety Home provides quality care at affordable rates. With a small client base, only 12 clients, we are able to provide individualized attention, care and effective therapeutic services within an intimate environment.
Our attention to our client’s needs extend past the in-treatment phase of recovery. One of the most important aspects of Heritage Foundation’s alcohol and drug rehab program is post-treatment planning and aftercare. Without these two, research shows that it is almost nearly impossible to maintain sobriety without implementing a recovery program.
This is a primary reason why Sobriety Home is working closely with SMART Recovery. SMART Recovery is an excellent aftercare resource for anyone who wishes to remain sober. They provide tremendous support through online and face to face meetings available in locations all across North America and world. Sobriety Home wants to offer this wonderful programme not only for our clients that finish our residential addiction treatment programme but also as a service to our community. We are pleased to announce that we are the first to facilitate a face to face meeting in Montreal.
Come and join Sobriety Home Foundation and Smart Recovery to help you achieve and maintain sobriety!
